Using techniques from Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga to create a yoga class which is specifically designed to help sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.
The classes are suitable for everyone; whether you’re an amateur or professional athlete, a gym goer looking to improve personal goals, or would benefit from an hour of movement, deep stretching and strength building postures, this class is for you. There will be the use of props and support to guide you through a series of postures with a focus on safe alignment and correct stretching techniques.
