Care is the cornerstone of our practice
After many years of attending classes herself, Sara became a Level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2017. One of the main reason for this was that Sara found inspiration on her own weight loss and fitness journey through attending classes and that in turn influenced her to train. Sara is currently working to finish her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and can offer one to one sessions to help others smash their fitness goals, whether its improved strength, weight loss or learning new skills.
Sara’s wealth of knowledge built over years of training and classes allows her to provide truly personalised training and support during and outside of PT sessions. As someone who understands the challenges of starting and building your fitness she is passionate about helping others achieve, and reap the health benefits from their hard work.
Sara is trained in a wide range of group fitness formats. Some of her favourites include Beatz Dance Fitness and Les Mills Body Combat for the cardio kick. She also loves attending Yoga and Pilates classes and frequently participates in holistic sessions such as breathwork therapy, cold water dips and meditation. She strongly believes in looking after not only the body but the mind as well. Sara aspires to learn more about these and other practices with the view to share them with her clients in the future.
