Pregnancy Yoga Instructor
After practicing yoga regularly in pregnancy and having an incredible home birth experience Amy decided to retrain as a pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and baby yoga practitioner. Her Pregnancy Yoga classes are a lovely way to stay active during pregnancy as well as preparing both your body and mind for birth.
She uses gentle movement that is specifically targeted at aiding common pregnancy aches and pains as well as mindful breathing exercises, positions for optimal foetal positioning and a lovely long guided meditation at the end of each class.
She is also passionate about providing pregnant women with a likeminded and supportive community, so each participant is invited to join the group whatsapp and she assigns time at the start of each class for the group to share their pregnancy experiences in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.
Amy will be taking Pregnancy Yoga classes on Sunday mornings, 10am, in six week blocks.
